Pediatras Asociados operated with disconnected legacy systems. Records, scheduling, billing, and patient communication were separate processes with fragmented data and no integrations. They needed a modern system that unified the complete clinical cycle, met international scientific standards like CDC/WHO growth curves, and maintained the security required for sensitive medical data — all deployed in real production on AWS.
