// The challenge
Pediatras Asociados worked with separate programs that did not talk to each other: records on one side, scheduling on another, billing apart, and communication with parents outside all of it. The same information was typed several times and nobody had the full picture of a patient. They needed one system covering the visit end to end, using CDC and WHO growth standards, and protecting sensitive clinical data.

History, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment follow-up live in one place and update instantly on any device you sign in from.

Growth curves calculate themselves
Percentiles use the official CDC and WHO method and are plotted by the patient's exact age. You see the curve when you open the record — no tables, no separate math.

Parents book and pay from their phone in a single step
Booking and paying are a single flow, with coupons if you want to use them. Revenue statistics update in real time.

Each family with its own access
Parents sign in to a separate portal, in their language, to see history, vaccines, prescriptions, and appointments — without calling the practice.

Even if someone reached the database, they could not read diagnoses or prescriptions
Clinical data is encrypted field by field and every access to a record is logged, so it is always clear who saw what.

We moved years of history without losing a single record
Everything from the previous system was migrated: no patient started from zero the day they switched platforms.

Today the visit happens in one place. The pediatrician opens the record and has the history, the vaccines, and the growth curve right there. Parents book, pay, and check their children's information from their phone. And the administrative side — revenue, appointments, occupancy — is visible without asking anyone for a report.
